WHEN COMPLETION OF NACA PROGRAM. DO NACA SEND LETTERS TO COUNTIES TITLE SEARCH DEPARTMENTS STATING SATIFICATION OF LIEN (2ND) MORTGAGE? WHEN GOING THRU THE PROGRAM THE FEE'S IS REPORTED TO TITLE SEARCH DEPT. AS 2ND MORTGAGE. THIS IS MY PROBLEM NOW. I COMPLETED THIS PROGRAM I CAN NOT REACH ANYONE AT NACA FOR ABOUT 1 WEEK NOW. PLEASE HELP.
